Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sr Project Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Project Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent project management abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr Project Engineer
Location: Mount Sterling, KY
What's the Job?
- Manage concept, scope, cost, resources, funding, and all other facets of small to major capital projects.
- Drive the quoting process simultaneously for multiple projects.
- Provide constructability reviews during the design process and ensure design progress and deliverables are met.
- Attend progress meetings and prepare required reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Direct and execute design processes, installation, construction, and commissioning of assigned projects.

What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of construction supervision experience, or 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment.
- Experience implementing new manufacturing equipment and processes within a food and/or pharmaceutical setting is a plus.
- Ability to manage design teams, contractors, and external partners effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing project milestones and scope.
