Description
We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Manager to join our global technology team. In this role, you will lead a diverse group of engineers, including contingent and third-party team members, to manage and optimize our server environment. You will provide technical leadership, foster team development, and ensure operational excellence through governance, process improvement, and innovation. This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact by driving continuous improvement, mentoring team members, and contributing to a culture of inclusion and respect.
What You'll Do:
• Lead and support a team of engineers through coaching, performance management, and career development. • Maintain team roadmaps, allocate tasks, and manage workloads effectively.

• Act as the primary contact for contingent workers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Provide expert technical input during complex problem resolution and new solution implementation.
• Ensure client queries are handled efficiently, meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Oversee SLA compliance and KPI reporting, driving improvements in service delivery.
• Manage ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Maintain configuration and vulnerability management standards across the server estate.
• Ensure systems monitoring and capacity planning are optimized for reliability and performance.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes, technology, and team engagement.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- 3 + years of proven experience in team leadership and people management
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems and cloud environments
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow
- Аbility to work inclusively across diverse teams
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Passioned to innovate and implement process improvements
- Fluency in English
What We're considering as an advantage:
- Experience with HPE servers, VMware, and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management tools (e.g., Rapid7), monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace), and database systems (e.g., SQL)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Scripting or automation experience
- Relevant University degree/Technical specialty
