Description
The Senior Technical Program Manager serves as a Delivery Manager, overseeing end-to-end execution of projects from planning through launch with accountability for predictability, quality, and outcomes.
You will guide decision-making, manages risks and tradeoffs, and ensures partner agreement while maintaining visibility into delivery progress and outcomes. You will report to Senior Manager Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery execution and outcomes - Lead delivery with integrated planning, milestone tracking, and accountability for predictable, high-quality results.
- Guide decisions and manage risks - Manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs while accelerating decision-making and escalation when needed.
- Ensure launch and operational readiness - Coordinate and validate readiness activities to support successful releases and downstream operations.
- Apply AI and data-driven practices - Use AI and delivery intelligence to improve forecasting, execution quality, and visibility into risks and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience leading technical programs or product programs
- Manage complex delivery plans, dependencies, and risks
- Experience driving decisions and influencing partners
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or product operating models
- With the ability to provide clear, applicable delivery insights
- Experience with AI-enabled delivery tools, analytics, or automation workflows
