Join Experian's Data Quality (EDQ) division and help shape the future of our global product and GTM strategy. We're looking for a curious, collaborative storyteller who excels at turning insights into action.

As part of our Global Product Marketing team, you will advocate for the voice of the customer and the market, helping us understand where to play, how to win, and how to stand out. Our portfolio of data intelligence solutions empower organisations across every sector to understand, improve, manage and govern their data.

Through a combination of B2B technology, industry‑leading reference data and expert consulting services, we help organisations to the unlock the value of their and power their business missions.

What you will do:

  • Conduct deep B2B market, customer and industry analysis to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Lead global competitive intelligence and build compelling battlecards and newsletters to help our sales teams.
  • Capture and synthesise customer insights, product analytics and win/loss feedback to shape product and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Deliver market research projects and respond to ad‑hoc research that support business growth.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Analyst Relations, Regional Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to strengthen our understanding of competitors, customers and market dynamics.

You're naturally investigative, and be comfortable working with partners at all levels, be it Senior Leaders, Product, Sales and Commercial teams. You enjoy translating complex insight into clear, actionable recommendations that help teams make decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field
  • Experience in market research, competitive intelligence or product marketing within a B2B technology or SaaS
  • Experience applying AI to accelerate insights and analysis
  • Experience providing product and sales team with market research materials to help them to win
  • Experience working with primary and secondary data, applying advanced analytics
  • Experience of storytelling, able to present to partners of all seniority levels
  • Interpret different data sources, synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations
