Description
- The Data Automation Team supports multiple processes in collaboration with the AR & Billing team in their goal of provisioning the Experian products to end clients right first time.
- The Data Automation Team must ensure accurate completion of the assigned tasks related to account setup and follow up amendments, pricing application or additional changes that can be required, invoice and credit notes documents creation and Third-party portal invoice upload, in the respective platforms used by the AR & Billing team to provide the service agreements.
- Principle responsibilities Service and Billing Opening new accounts and setting the customer up in RPM, Permissions, Mainframe, Oracle, RDE and multiple billing and product platforms manually or using existing automated solution
- Main invoices and credit notes Loading cyclic invoicing and other billing files into the billing system Actioning account amendments to pricing, customer name/address/branch
- Checking expired DPR licenses to ensure customers have renewed these and updating our system accordingly. Actioning account closures in the RPM, Permissions, Mainframe, and product platforms Third party portal Invoice loading into client websites.
- Use dashboarding and ERP tools to make accurate invoice delivery using third party client portal. Data automation Process improvement measures for billing and portal-based invoice delivery as part of future projects
Required main skills (functional / technical) Flexibility.
- Identify process and report improvements that improve quality of deliverables
- Work on process automation & improvements
- Participating in any Regional or Global projects
- Ensure excellent and data quality in the systems
- Support the assigned project (Acquisitions and Mergers, Divestment - when required)
- Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and other responsibilities as and when requested by the line manage
- Communicate with multiple stakeholder request and questions
- Automation project on bulk upload
- You will be reporting to Team Lead

Qualifications
- You are required to have 2 - 4 years of experience in data management
- Knowledge of dashboarding/data management tools
- Able to work on own initiative and prioritize daily workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
