Description

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Support the planning and day‑to‑day execution of assigned workstreams.
  • Maintain detailed project schedules, action trackers, RAID logs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, drive follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
  • Facilitate collaboration across capability owners, functional partners, and delivery teams.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze progress, identify variances, and highlight risks/issues proactively.
  • Build high-quality PowerPoint and Excel reports for leadership reviews.
  • Contribute to business cases, benefit tracking, and data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment of workstream activities.
  • Support workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Ensure clear communication and documentation of decisions, next steps, and dependencies.

Process & Transformation Support

  • Assist in the development and rollout of new processes, tools, and standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying workflows.
  • Help drive adoption of new capabilities, operating models, and delivery practices.


Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
