About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the roadmap for their area and execution of key product initiatives. You will work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build products that solve real customer problems and drive measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who is customer‑obsessed, data‑driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.

• Identify customer needs and market opportunities through research, data, and insights.
• Translate strategy into clear product roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
Execution & Delivery
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on customer value, effort, and business impact.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
• Ensure product releases meet quality, performance, and outcome goals.
Customer & Data Insights
• Use data, analytics, and experimentation to validate ideas and measure success.
• Partner with Design and research to deliver intuitive, high‑quality user experiences.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
• Communicate product plans, progress, and decisions clearly across teams.
• Align stakeholders around priorities and ensure shared understanding of goals.
• Champion the product vision and roadmap when needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience & Skills • 4+ years of experience in product management or a related role. • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset. • Experience working with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment. • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. • Good product judgment and can make decisions in ambiguous situations where there's no obvious answer. • Fintech experience is a plus.
