Description

We're looking for a Product Marketing Executive to sit at the heart of our product and marketing teams in Experian Consumer Services.

This is not a traditional downstream role - you'll be embedded in the product development process from day one, helping shape what we build, how we position it, and how we bring it to life for customers.

You'll play a key role in turning product features into compelling customer narratives, using insight, storytelling, and AI-driven tools to scale impact. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a strategic product marketer.

What you'll contribute to:
Proposition & positioning development

  • Support the development of target customer segment and value propositions
  • Help translate product features into clear, benefit-led messaging guides
  • Assist in refining how new products fit within the wider product and brand ecosystem
  • Own the claims building and testing process end-to-end

Customer insight & understanding

  • Build a strong understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and motivations
  • Help synthesise insights into clear, actionable outputs for product and marketing teams. Share customer insight and competitive intelligence across the organisation to improve decision-making

Go-to-market execution

  • Support the delivery of go-to-market plans for new features, products, and updates
  • Help ensure messaging is clear and consistent across the customer journey
  • Contribute to launch activities, campaign briefs, and internal alignment. Track performance and support optimisation based on data and feedback

Storytelling & narrative

  • Develop clear, engaging narratives that bring product value to life for customers
  • Write and refine messaging for different audiences and channels
  • Help simplify complex ideas into accessible, compelling communication
