Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to help expand our Global Analytics product portfolio. You will play a critical part in ensuring scalable, efficient model development and platform capabilities across main projects such as Trusso and Feature Builder. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe to create impactful solutions that support data science workflows and enterprise-wide innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Help deliver Trusso and Feature Builder by managing product backlogs, defining requirements, and ensuring agreement on business goals.
  • Collaborate with global technology and regional product teams to build and launch Analytics capabilities.
  • Share and align product roadmaps.
  • Align and track product launches against product roadmaps, applying our existing PI Planning process.
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies and contribute to the success of PI Planning
  • Translate User Needs into Product Requirements: Gather input from internal stakeholders and end-users to define clear product requirements
  • Guide communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring transparency, understanding, and updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Establish KPIs to measure product success
  • Refine product processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market.
  • Help improve product development processes, documentation standards, and team collaboration.


Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management in data, analytics, or platform-focused environments (preferably)
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of model development workflows and data science tools.
  • Work with globally distributed teams and managing cross-timezone collaboration.
  • Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices
