Description
Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de ingresos, crecimiento, participación de mercado y experiencia del cliente en el segmento de Large Accounts. Lidera un equipo comercial altamente calificado, impulsando el crecimiento y la expansión del negocio mediante estrategias innovadoras y relaciones sólidas con clientes y socios estratégicos.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Dirigir, motivar y desarrollar al equipo comercial, promoviendo una cultura de alto rendimiento y colaboración.
- Establecer objetivos claros y brindar coaching para alcanzar metas individuales y colectivas.
- Definir esquemas de compensación variable e incentivos para reconocer el desempeño.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas y marketing efectivas para impulsar ingresos, participación de mercado y NPS relacional.
- Elaborar estrategias de penetración de mercado basadas en tendencias y comportamientos
- Colaborar con áreas internas (Producto, Finanzas, Marketing, Operaciones, etc.) para garantizar alineación estratégica y ejecución efectiva.
- Fortalecer relaciones con clientes actuales y establecer nuevas relaciones estratégicas.
- Identificar y calificar oportunidades de negocio en el segmento.
- Crear propuestas de valor convincentes y negociar acuerdos comerciales complejos.
- Supervisar la gestión de cuentas estratégicas, asegurando retención y expansión.
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, cierre y postventa.
- Monitorear indicadores clave (cartera, visitas, reportes, planes de cuenta).
- Analizar necesidades del cliente para ajustar estrategias y garantizar niveles de servicio acordados.

Qualifications
- Educación: Profesional en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o Economía, con especialización.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 15 años liderando equipos comerciales, con conocimiento en estrategias de ventas y cumplimiento de metas.
Habilidades:
- Liderazgo demostrado en equipos de alto rendimiento.
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación.
- Fuertes habilidades estratégicas y analíticas, orientación a resultados y toma de decisiones informadas.
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado de soluciones de información, análisis de datos y plataformas.
