About the Program
Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your career through a structured, hands-on learning experience. You'll gain exposure across different teams, develop technical expertise, and grow as part of a new generation of tech professionals.
Through rotations across Technology and Analytics teams, you'll work on impactful projects while building a strong foundation for your career.

Build the Skills of the Future - AI & GenAI Focus
During the program, you will:
- Participate in specialized training designed to build GenAI capabilities
- Work on projects related to analytics, data, and emerging AI-driven solutions
- Develop future-ready skills including digital fluency, adaptability, and innovation
- Gain exposure to GenAI-powered product development and analytics environments

Qualifications
- Final-year university students or recent graduates (0-2 years experience)
- Degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar
- Strong interest in Technology, Analytics, and GenAI
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a collaborative environment
