Description
We are looking for an accomplished and experienced Engineering Lead/Manager to lead our UKBI engineering team. You will have a strong background in Java/Python, microservices, serverless architecture, Docker, EKS, GenAI.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Engineers working on legacy code migration project using GenAI
- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet our needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to lead innovation within the team.
- Develop scalable software solutions using Java/python, microservices architecture, Docker, EKS
- Ensure software delivery through best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in sprints, contributing hands-on to software development.
- Maintain unit tests and contribute to test automation to ensure software reliability and maintainability.
- Manage risks and technical impediments, communicating with leadership to ensure project success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance to team members

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 Years of total experience and 5+ years of experience in java/python, microservices, python, SQL and NoSQL database technologies
- Worked in GenAI projects preferably code migration of legacy using GenAI
- Expertise of AWS Services like EC2, EKS and Lambda.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Collaborate effectively with partners at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in AWS cloud platform.
