At Experian, we're looking for a new colleague who combines technical understanding with great energy and a genuine desire to help others. You'll join a strong, collaborative team based in Copenhagen, working closely with clients, product managers, developers, customer service, and more. You'll quickly become an important part of our journey.
Your main role will be to support and resolve incoming customer requests, ranging from minor issues to more complex challenges that require in-depth troubleshooting, database analysis, or user acceptance testing. You'll verify application changes or new builds before they go live.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Provide technical support for our integrated solutions
• Advise and assist customers with product integration
• Support the Sales team with technical insights
• Follow up on integration projects to ensure smooth completion
• Participate in customer meetings-online and, when needed, on-site
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients
• Improve internal processes and documentation
• Contribute to product development initiatives, such as Proof of Concept (PoC) projects
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
A technical background, ideally including:
• Experience with web services (REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, etc.)
• Knowledge of databases and proficiency in SQL
• Comfort with navigating data structures and understanding API specifications
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply to both internal and external stakeholders
• A diplomatic, service-minded approach
• Fluency in Danish and English-both written and spoken
