Work that matters - What you'll do

As a Client Integration Manager, you'll ensure clients transition smoothly onto our products and services. Reporting to Head of Client Delivery, you'll lead a team of Integration Specialists, provide technical expertise, support client onboarding and product migration, and improve our integration processes.

  • Lead a team of Integration Specialists, ensuring clear goals, performance, and a collaborative team culture.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding and integration activities, including planning, API configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their technical and operational needs are clearly understood and addressed.
  • Communicate technical concepts in simple, accessible language for both technical and non‑technical team members.
  • Resolve integration issues, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain high security and data protection standards.
  • Improve processes, adopt new tools or methods, and streamlining ways of working to enhance client experience and team efficiency.


Qualifications

More about you

  • 5+ years of experience in client‑facing technical roles or integration environments.
  • Experience with APIs, system integration, and secure data practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in complex technical environments.
  • Proven leadership experience with strengths in coaching, communication, and supporting team capability.
  • Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.

A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in integration, project management, or API technologies are helpful but not essential.
