Description
Experian's Integrated Marketing team is seeking an AI Optimization Specialist to support the execution, governance, and optimization of AI-enabled digital and content initiatives across Experian's B2B web ecosystem. You will blend content strategy, AI experimentation, automation, and performance measurement, with a strong emphasis on high-quality written English content.

In this role, you will focus on operationalizing AI-driven content and digital experiences while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand integrity across Experian's digital properties. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to scale responsible AI adoption and protect Experian's digital reputation.
This position is based in Costa Rica and requires advanced English language proficiency, including strong writing, editing, and content evaluation skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Pilot and execute AI-enabled digital and content initiatives to improve performance, personalization, and automation across B2B web properties
- Develop, test, and optimize AI agents and automation workflows that support content creation, lead routing, reporting, and engagement measurement
- Create, edit, and refine AI-assisted written content to ensure clarity, accuracy, tone, and alignment with Experian brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support digital content governance, compliance, and responsible AI usage across web experiences
- Track and report on AI digital and content experiments, measuring performance, ROI, operational efficiency, and scalability
- Support rollout of structured AI initiatives focused on content optimization, measurement frameworks, and automation integration
- Monitor AI-generated and AI-surfaced content to identify risks, inaccuracies, or brand exposure, escalating issues as needed
- Support digital execution efforts including website updates, content builds, and web or chat-related initiatives as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or AI-enabled content roles
- Advanced English proficiency with demonstrated strength in professional writing, editing, and content quality review
- Experience working with AI-assisted content tools, automation platforms, or conversational AI systems
- Strong understanding of digital content performance, measurement frameworks, and optimization best practices
- Experience collaborating across marketing, product, legal, and communications teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high quality standards
