Description
- Explore emerging technologies, products, and patterns; run proof of concepts and help assess suitability for enterprise adoption.
- Translate business challenges into clear technical approaches, considering long-term viability, security, scalability, supportability, and governance.
- Help define reusable patterns, reference approaches, and practical standards for scaling AI and automation responsibly.
- Identify gaps between concept, pilot, and production and help close them in a pragmatic way.
- Design, prototype, and implement Agentic AI, GenAI, and automation solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, design documentation, testing, deployment readiness, and operational handover within Experian's AI Development Lifecycle.
- Operate with attention to detail and a disciplined approach to change, incident, and problem management.
- Partner with Engineering, Security, Product, Operational Excellence, and delivery teams to shape and prioritise use cases.
- Provide expertise, constructive challenge, and practical support across innovation and delivery discussions.
- Mentor and support developers, analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, while staying open to feedback and new information.
- You will report to a Senior Manager
Qualifications
- You need to have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, automation, AI/GenAI, platform engineering, integration, or closely related technical disciplines.
- Hands-on experience building solutions using Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
- Ability to work hands-on with unfamiliar technologies and turn ambiguity into structured outcomes.
- Comfort working in enterprise environments with structured delivery practices such as Agile, testing, change control, and service management.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, APIs, MCP, prompt design, retrieval patterns, orchestration, or automation platforms.
- Experience with automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, agentic automation frameworks, CrewAI, n8n, or orchestration tools).
- Experience with cloud, integration, infrastructure, or solution design.
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management practices.
