Description
Our Global Site Reliability Engineering team is looking for a high school intern to join our team for a 2-month internship focused on administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for a student interested in gaining exposure to the tech industry and learning how global engineering teams operate. You will assist with documentation, reporting, coordination, and basic data tasks that help keep our team organized and efficient.

- Help maintain and update internal documentation (e.g., runbooks, onboarding guides).
- Organize and clean up team collaboration spaces (Confluence).
- Support meeting logistics: scheduling, agenda prep, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Help track weekly team activities and incident reports.
- Perform basic record maintenance and assist with spreadsheet maintenance.
- Monitor ticket queues and help assess low-priority items.
- Maintain inventory of internal tools and access records (non-sensitive).
- Shadow team members during incident reviews and team meetings.
- Attend internal training sessions and document main takeaways.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Technical Program in a Colegio Técnico Profesional in Costa Rica.
- English proficiency B2+.
- Organizational abilities.
- Interest in technology or operations (no coding required).
- Experienced managing priorities well.
- Curiosity and interest in learning.
