What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across software engineering and delivery teams
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish hiring strategies
  • Maintain strong knowledge of IT recruiting and associated technical skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, frontend frameworks, DevOps, QA automation, cloud engineering)
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS systems
  • Assess candidates for both technical capabilities and cultural alignment through screening interviews
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring engineering roles
  • Negotiate offers and manage the closing process in collaboration with HR and delivery teams
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain compliance with client and internal hiring policies

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for international roles
  • Proven ability to recruit for both contract and permanent roles in high-demand technical areas
  • Excellent sourcing skills with a track record of success in competitive talent markets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different time zones and delivery teams
