About the Client
A leading provider of audience measurement, data, and analytics. The organization delivers comprehensive insights into consumer engagement across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms. By leveraging advanced data-driven intelligence and cross-media measurement solutions, the enterprise empowers major networks and advertisers worldwide to maximize the ROI of their global ad spend.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive testing, checking, and monitoring of data and delivery processes for Digital Content Products primarily in France.
- Oversee and monitor data outputs and final deliveries to clients.
- Communicate with clients and offer support during client calls and in-person meetings related to data quality and monitoring in the French language.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to enhance existing processes and products and successfully introduce new measurement technologies.
- Provide guidance and serve as the primary escalation point for all quality and monitoring inquiries from team members.
- Document and maintain all processes and quality assurance procedures.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (or similar data tools).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective internal and external interaction.
- Project management skills to drive tasks and documentation to completion.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of digital products, and an understanding of digital tagging and analytics measurement technologies.
- Experience in a client-facing role or providing support to clients.
Language level
English: Fluent/Excellent (verbal and written).
French: Fluent/Excellent (verbal and written).
