What You’ll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Calypso implementations and enhancements
- Work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Operations teams to understand business processes and system needs
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution designs
- Support configuration and integration activities across Calypso modules
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to clarify requirements and validate solutions
- Design and execute test scenarios and test cases, supporting SIT and UAT cycles
- Assist with production support, issue analysis, and root cause investigation
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
What You Bring
- Experience as a Business Analyst within financial services or capital markets environments
- Hands-on experience working with the Calypso platform
- Strong understanding of trading lifecycle concepts, including trade capture, confirmations, settlements, and lifecycle events
- Experience working with system integrations and upstream/downstream platforms
- Ability to write clear functional documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience across specific Calypso modules such as Front Office, Risk, Back Office, or Accounting
- Knowledge of asset classes including FX, Rates, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Commodities
- Familiarity with SQL and basic data analysis
- Experience supporting regulatory or reporting requirements
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
