ELS is hiring for the position of Video Specialist in Chicago, Illinois.

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Video Specialist to assist with the development and execution of video productions and to oversee our digital asset library. You will be an integrated member of our in-house creative team within the wider marketing organization. In this role, you will integrate visual imagery into brand and demand-generating marketing campaigns. You will partner with internal team members, media partners, and creative video production agencies to create compelling video content for branded marketing campaigns across social and paid media channels. Working hands on with several projects at a time, you will be involved in all phases of creative development and will execute projects under the guidance of senior creative staff.

Core Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, develop, and implement high-quality videos for our websites, social media platforms, and paid media channels.

• Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and oversee the company's digital asset library to ensure easy access to media files. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams and external agency partners from ideation to final delivery.

• Creative Input: Offer creative input during team meetings and apply feedback from senior creative staff.

• Production Support: Assist with on-set logistics, equipment handling, and coordination during photo and video shoots.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree with a major or concentration in: Film/Video Production / Multimedia Design / Visual Communication Design / Advertising Design / or other related degree from an accredited university or college or demonstrated technical knowledge and equivalent work experience.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in video production, multimedia coordination, or a digital marketing creative team.

• Technical Skills: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Bridge, Camera Raw, After Effects and Illustrator. Ability to shoot video with DSLR, drone, audio and lighting skills a plus.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, proactive work ethic, and excellent communication skills to liaise with internal clients.

• Adaptability: Ability to multitask under tight, ever-changing deadlines, manage budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel nationwide for photo/video shoots and work non traditional hours when production schedules require it.

• Portfolio Required: Candidates must provide a link to a digital portfolio or reel showcasing their video/photo editing and composition skills. Real Estate media creation experience would also be a plus.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:

Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
