What You'll Do

The Country Store Clerk helps ensure our guests have a great experience by providing friendly customer service, keeping the store stocked and organized, and supporting daily retail and snack‑bar operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with guests, staying busy, and bringing positive energy to a fun resort environment.

Your Job Will Include

• Greeting guests warmly and answering questions about merchandise.
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Operating the cash register, processing payments accurately, and balancing transactions.
• Scooping ice cream, preparing simple snack‑bar items, and serving guests safely.
• Maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards for all food handling areas.
• Stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and keeping displays looking great.
• Conducting detailed inventory counts and reporting restock needs.
• Keeping the store clean, including sweeping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and removing trash.
• Assisting with tasks that help store and resort operations run smoothly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license, good driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer‑focused.
• Reliable and able to independently follow routine tasks.
• Comfortable handling cash and using a register.
• Organized and able to maintain clean, sanitary workspaces.
