ELS is hiring for the position of Ranger in Casa Grande, Arizona.
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
JOB TITLE: Maintenance - Level I
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Open
JOB SUMMARY:
In the Maintenance - Level II position, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Performs various property maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log
- Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on common areas to Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor
- Performs on-call emergency service as required
- Assists Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor with special maintenance projects as necessary
- Assists in maintaining grounds and common areas and keeping them free from trash and debris
- Assists in monitoring and/or controlling maintenance inventory and/or supplies
- Delivers various communications to residents or guests as needed
- Assists with and attends property-sponsored activities and functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Zero to two years of hands-on general maintenance experience (i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Basic aptitude and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and functions
- Experience or knowledge of lawn care, trees and shrubs, and pool maintenance preferred
- Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
