Our maintenance team keeps the magic running behind the scenes. From fixing a leaky faucet to keeping our grounds looking their best, you'll play a key role in ensuring our campground stays safe, functional, and welcoming for all.

What You'll Do
No two days are the same-you'll use a wide range of skills to help maintain our resort and make sure guests have an amazing stay.
- Work with the Maintenance Supervisor and park leadership to keep the property clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, building maintenance, light carpentry, and other small projects.
- Maintain and repair systems, appliances, and facilities as needed.
- Mow, weed, edge, and keep grounds and common areas tidy.
- Operate honey wagon and assist with septic tank pump outs for campers.
- Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly to management.
- Assist with pool operations and regular chemical checks.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
- Assist with special projects and community improvements.
- Operate maintenance vehicles and equipment safely.
- Support occasional after-hours maintenance needs or emergencies.

What You Bring
We're looking for a team player who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related technical field (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current insurance.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call shifts.
