Our Front Desk Clerks are the heart of that experience-the friendly smiling faces who greet every guest, help answer questions, and keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and being part of a fun, supportive team, we'd love to have you join us!

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play a big role in making their stay special. Every interaction is a chance to make someone's day brighter.

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a friendly check-in and check-out process.
• Serve as the campground's information hub-answer questions, provide directions, and share local tips.
• Handle payments, deposits, and reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Run daily reports, file maintenance requests, and help keep office operations organized.
• Communicate regularly with your Property Manager and teammates to ensure smooth coordination.
• Help resolve guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and a smile.
• Support special events, activities, and other duties as needed to enhance the guest experience.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who's approachable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a lively environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new software systems.
• A team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to make each guest feel welcome.
• Weekends and holidays required throughout the season.
