ELS is hiring for the position of Activities Person in Sturbridge, Massachusetts.

What you'll do:

The Activities Staff directs the planning and implementation of all of our resort activities and events.

Your job will include:

• Plan, schedule and execute all activities at the Park..
• Coordinate and manage all preparations for events: arrange food and beverages, solicit and schedule volunteers, book entertainers, collect ticket sale money, and other duties as required.
• Manage all activities related to presenting activity schedules to customers. (Organizing, printing, posting, etc)
• Maintain open communications with resort management, guests and vendors.
• At all times, represent the resort in a professional manner.
• This position also has the ability to assist in our retail store if retail experience and interest.

Skills & experience you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of experience in events or activities planning.
• Meticulous attention to details.
• Excellent communications and organizational skills.
• Strong computer knowledge.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:

Hourly: $15.00 - $15.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
