Job Summary
Defines and communicates vision for the department, providing thought leadership towards analytics
Responsibilities
- Analyze business drivers and derive insights to be presented in Rhythm of Business meetings like EPR, QBR, MBR that guides key go-to-market decisions
- Formulate hypothesis, develop presentation storyboard, and implement end-to-end analysis on consultative projects for EDNA's executive stakeholders
- Present complex insights in a compelling and consumable format for executives, either through the help of data visuals, PPT, or through a simple document
- Build robust financial models and business cases to simulate complex business scenarios, evaluate strategic options, and assess financial and operational impact
- Own the design and development of Enterprise dashboards, other forms of performance trackers to present insightful findings in a visually compelling manner that helps leadership understand root cause issues
- Builds relationships and partners with stakeholders (Sr. Leadership and Executives) to understand strategic trajectory of the business, and thus be trusted analytic partner to them
- Brings value to each ask and provides thought leadership and forward thinking analytics that would have a stronger business impact
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of professional experience at a large, established multinational companies (e.g. Fortune 500 or Global 2000) in an analytics role such as business analysis or data analytics; background in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, etc.), or "bizops" functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, etc.) from a top tier university; MBA graduate from a top-tier B-school or similar academic credentials preferred
- Deep business acumen: able to command a deep understanding of the business questions that need to be answered through analytics
- Highly analytical: experienced in decomposing and solving real world business problems through relevant data and analytical frameworks
- Creative data visualization: skilled at synthesizing complex ideas and large amounts of data into compelling stories through elegant yet powerful visuals
- Ability to lead and coach analysts to project completions, preparing QBR data and implementing analytics.
- Proactive and passionate: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering high quality results in challenging situations
- Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and some programming skills (e.g. SAS/SQL/R, Visual Basic, Python) preferred

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 139,000 - 209,000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
