Job Summary
Partners primarily with Controllership business stakeholders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery of end-to-end business application solutions aligned to the business and IT strategy, as well as the support of those applications. Manages projects from inception to completion with matrix, global teams. Participate in projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure that the requirements are met like making system configurations, reviewing test cases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring alignment across teams.
Responsibilities
Business Requirements Analysis
- Requires deep, cross functional business process expertise in Finance domains including hands on experience in Oracle Cloud Financials modules like Oracle Cloud GL, Oracle Cloud Intercompany, Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets and innovative solutioning across platforms and systems/architectures
- Partners with business stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across cross functional areas
- Manages projects from inception to completion with matrix, global teams
- Able to distill executive level requirements into appropriate work plans and guide team members on good requirements gathering
- Understands business environment and helps to connect/align relevant business stakeholders for complex requirements

Process Modeling and Design
- Partners with cross-functional teams members to model business processes
- Develop as-is and to-be process flows to support the design and development of solutions
- Strong technical and analytical skills on problem solving and suggest solutions
Stakeholder Management
- Skilled communicator, trusted to recognize and proactively manage key impacts and drive issue resolution
- Manages delivery scope and risks, and sets right expectations with stakeholders
- Work with other product owners, cross-functional teams technical/ functional resources, and business owners to align the product portfolio with the enterprise strategy
Solution Design
- Responsible to design strategic cross-functional and global solutions that align with long-term organizational goals and roadmaps
- Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving compliance efficiency, including evaluation and implementation of automation solutions
Documentation
- Supports senior management by creating architecture, project management and roadmap documentation
Functional Design
- Develops functional designs in line with an Enterprise Architecture and the long-term business roadmap
- Collaborates with cross functional business and IT teams to ensure business needs are addressed in the functional designs
Architecture
- Application/integration architecture; constructs solutions across multiple functional areas and applications
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules and integration with cross-functional
Testing & Test Design
- Develops test strategy and execution to cover testing in an optimal amount of time ensuring cross-functional testing coverage
- Ability to manage multiple cross functional projects running in parallel
- Conducts System Integration Testing(SIT), work collaboratively with team members and support business during UAT
- Identifies and manages risks in release delivery
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience on Jira and Agile methodology. Able to manage projects executed with Agile or hybrid approach
- Leads troubleshooting efforts with documented defect triaging and resolution with the involved cross functional teams.
System Configurations
- Expert in Oracle Cloud Enterprise Structure and overall Oracle Cloud GL, Intercompany and Fixed asset configurations
- Maintains and manages the integration with the ERP system
Day to Day Support (Production Support)
- Monitors and manages support metrics and trends for functional areas
- Drives team towards root cause identification and resolution
- Able to triage and guide the team towards PoC approach with reasoning
- Mentors junior BSAs on functional designs, testing approach and robust configurations
Process Improvement and change management
- Experience in automation, process improvement, and data quality initiatives using technology tools
- Analyzes adoption rates and issues and assesses business case realization and proposes solutions to improve the processes
- Suggests and drives innovative process improvements
Vendor Management
- Manages/leads individual consultants or consulting teams from assigned on a project
- Partners with Oracle Corp for critical issue resolution, early adopter programs
Qualifications
- Having at least total 7+ years of working experience
- Experience on Merger & Acquisition is highly desirable
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials
- Good Knowledge of Oracle Apps Finance (EBS) modules
- Should have ability to work independently on Project deliverables
- Able to lead a small group of Business Analyst
