Job Summary

Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets. Builds recommendations to improve business unit effectiveness. May develop methods for measuring effectiveness of business unit work. Defines or contributes to analytics strategy. Works to ensure global consistency in data and analytic methods. Works to make data available and increase employees' capability to interpret and use data and analytics tools effectively. May partner with other professionals to develop, assess, facilitate and/or lead programs and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partner to the Integrated Talent Solutions Team

  • Acts as VP's primary point of contact for analytics, insights, and product needs.
  • Builds strong relationships with VP's directs and broader stakeholders.
  • Emphasis on listening, diagnosing issues, and understanding needs before proposing solutions.
  • Engages in the Leadership Team environment - ideally attends LT off-sites to stay connected to priorities.
  • Supports a mix of tactical and strategic requests, depending on the business need.

Workforce Intelligence Product & Dashboard Development

  • Serves as a go-to specialist for data-driven queries, insights, and decision support.
  • Owns or contributes to dashboard creation, enhancements, and iteration.
  • Ensures products continue to evolve to meet user needs - product-thinking mindset.
  • May handle ad-hoc or special analytics projects aligned to talent strategy.

Talent Analytics & Research Specialist

  • Provides analytics for skills architecture and skills analysis (a major upcoming body of work).
  • Supports research initiatives where methodology matters - partnering closely with Michaela.
  • Work may include research design, data science, or I-O psychology-informed analysis.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years related experience preferred Talent Acquisition data and analytics, Talent analytics, industrial organizational experience.
  • Bachelor's degree Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology, Data Science, Talent Analytics, or related fields with strong research/quantitative rigor.
  • Tableu/Power BI experience
  • Individual Contributor (IC) role.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • Strong opportunity for someone wanting to develop consulting/partnering capability while applying technical strengths.
  • Fits well for candidates from larger, more specialized orgs - especially within Workforce Intelligence (WFI) People Analytics Large tech companies with mature analytics functions

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 112,000 - 162,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
