Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Performs network monitoring: monitors network devices, software health and network tools health checks, monitors the network tools, and reports any device or software outages, prioritizing the issues
- Troubleshoots network problems and outages and provides Level 2 Network Triage support
- Provides escalation level support for Tier2 and Level 2 team
- Applies the published work around (S & W and H and W) to get the customer issue resolved within the SLA's as expected
- Provides feedback to the various vendors on hardware and software to improve supportability
- Publishes and manages the NOC checklists. Delivers reports and metrics on incidents and events
- As part of the Major Incident Team performs Alert monitoring and Incident communication actions:
- Creates and reports tickets for events and incidents
- Owns incident bridge setups, escalation calls and cross-functional coordination to drive for a quick closure of the incident or trouble ticket
- Identify operational issues and suggest design alterations to address these issues
- Working in a distributed Global Network operations support team
- Schedule network maintenances and upgrades when appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant work experience
- Experience in previous NOC or another department related to network support
- Vendor basic knowledge in Cisco, Juniper or Cisco;
- Developed knowledge of protocol: OSPF, BGP, VRRP, MPLS, Ethernet
- Basic knowledge of Optical Transport Network, Routing, Redundancy and Transport Protocols like OTU, DWDM, SDH
- Applied knowledge of LAN, WAN, internet technologies
- Minimum B2 in English

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Poland - WA1 Warsaw : 124,000 - 198,000 PLN / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
