We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IBX Customer Operations Intern to join our Operations team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer operations within a mission-critical data center environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer service requests and operational inquiries.
• Support coordination between customers, IBX Operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Track service requests and ensure timely updates are provided.
• Support customer communication and follow-up activities.
• Support process documentation and workflow mapping..
• Help maintain operational procedures and knowledge repositories.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide general operational support to the Customer Operations team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
