Job Summary
This role contributes to the development and maintenance of data solutions that support Managed Infrastructure and IT Operations environments. The position focuses on building and optimizing data pipelines, creating reliable datasets, and enabling analytics for operational and business insights. The professional collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational needs.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation and evolution of data architecture solutions under technical guidance.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines (ELT/ETL) for structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build and manage data models in data warehouses and data lakes to support analytics and automation.
- Collaborate with IT Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
- Implement and maintain workflows using orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.
- Create curated datasets using dbt or similar modeling frameworks.
- Support schema development and data flow design for analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making.
- Assist in integrating data from IT Operations systems such as ServiceNow, VMware, Commvault, and NetApp.
Qualifications
- Experience with data pipeline development (ETL/ELT) and centralized data platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced) and Python (must have).
- Hands-on experience with cloud data environments (preferred: Google Cloud Platform - BigQuery, Google Storage).
- Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow or Prefect).
- Experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
- Understanding of IT Operations processes (e.g., ITSM, monitoring, availability).
- Familiarity with data lake and data warehouse concepts.
- Exposure to tools such as Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, AWS S3, Tableau, or Power BI (nice to have).
- Ability to work in hybrid environments and collaborate across technical teams.
- Fluency in English (must have).
