Equinix on Suomessa ja globaalisti johtava datakeskus- ja konesalipalveluiden tarjoaja. Etsimme joukkoomme uutta osaajaa vahvistamaan ammattitaitoista Operations-tiimiämme pääkaupunkiseudulla.

Tehtävä

Haemme kokenutta asiantuntijaa kunnossapito- ja huoltotehtäviin. Työskentelet Vantaan Martinlaaksossa sijaitsevassa datakeskuksessa.

Päivittäisiin työtehtäviisi kuuluvat:

• Reagointi automaatiojärjestelmän hälytyksiin
• Huolto- ja kunnossapitotoimenpiteiden suorittaminen
• Vastuu datakeskuksen jäähdytysjärjestelmistä sekä niiden huolloista ja ylläpidosta yhteistyössä kumppaneiden kanssa

Osallistut huoltotöiden suunnitteluun ja aikataulutukseen sekä työskentelet itsenäisesti teknisten järjestelmien parissa.

Työskentelet mm. seuraavien järjestelmien kanssa:

• Jäähdytyskoneet
• Ilmanvaihtojärjestelmät
• Palohälytysjärjestelmät

Tehtävään kuuluu myös huoltokuvausten ja työselostusten laatiminen suomeksi ja englanniksi.

Equinix is a global leader in data centre and colocation services. In Finland, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a new team member to strengthen our highly skilled Operations team in the Greater Helsinki area.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our maintenance and operations team at our data centre in Martinlaakso, Vantaa.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Responding to alarms from building management and automation systems
• Performing maintenance and service activities
• Taking ownership of cooling systems and ensuring their maintenance and reliability in collaboration with external partners

You will also:

• Participate in maintenance planning and scheduling
• Work independently on a range of technical systems

You will gain hands-on experience working with:

• Cooling systems and chillers
• HVAC / air handling units
• Fire detection and safety systems

The role also involves producing maintenance documentation and work reports in both Finnish and English.

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English
• A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop
• Relevant technical education and work experience
• Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A clean background (security clearance will be required)

Nice to Have

• Experience in data centres or other critical environments
• Knowledge of building systems and automation
• Experience with cooling systems and CRAH units
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, or team leadership
