Role Overview

This is a rotational shift role, covering both day and night shifts, with shift allowances in place.
We are seeking hands-on trade professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Switchgear manufacturing
  • Electrical installations
  • Industrial/Construction environments

Newly qualified electricians are welcome - this role offers a clear progression path and comprehensive training through our Global Operations Academy, helping you grow into specialised positions.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Practical, transferable experience in any of these areas:

  • Working with tools and hands-on technical work
  • Electrical work in data centres and switchgear
  • Cable pulling, coordination and containment.
  • Panel building and wiring for industrial environments
  • Switchgear assembly and testing
  • LV distribution systems (HV experience is a plus)
  • Cable testing (is a plus)
  • Cable terminations
  • Understanding of industrial wiring standards
  • Able to understand SLDs (single line diagrams)
  • Thermal imaging
  • Fault finding

Training & Development

We have a proven track record of developing talent for this role. Our programmes include:

  • In-house training and third-party certifications
  • High Voltage (HV) awareness and switching awareness
  • Specialist courses (level dependent), including:
    • Cable testing and terminations
    • LV distribution systems
    • HV switching (training provided)

Access to the Global Operations Academy for continuous learning.

Progression Path

Structured development plans for entry-level roles, with opportunities to advance into:

  • Specialist electrical/Mechanical engineering positions
