If so, Epsilon is looking for someone like you to join its team in West Chicago. The ideal candidate will provide sound support to the automotive account teams within Epsilon.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist account team with review of marketing materials related to automotive promotions
- Liaison to the auto legal team responsible for the automotive practice
- Completion of special projects as assigned by department leadership from time to time

- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently and efficiently under time pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a clear and concise drafting style
- Ability to collaborate well with a diverse team of stakeholders and respond to clients with a customer service focus
- Ability to strategically manage volume of competing priorities without sacrificing attention to detail
- Ability to analyze statutes and regulations
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
The experience and education qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree and/or a paralegal certificate
- Minimum of 2 years' related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Use of computer, speaking on telephone, writing
- Daily carrying of laptop and occasional lifting of file boxes
- Working in an office certain scheduled days during the week (when COVID-19 restrictions allow)
- Potential work from home (home internet access) as needed
