LOCATION: New Castle, Pennsylvania, in office M-F

 

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for building, managing, and retaining strong client relationships for commercial and insurance accounts. This role requires a high level of expertise in account servicing, policy management, and renewal execution. The Senior Relationship Manager acts as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service, timely communication, and effective policy management throughout the lifecycle of each account.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Serve as the primary liaison for business clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Conduct proactive outreach and maintain regular contact to address issues, questions, and coverage requirements.

Manage the full renewal process beginning at least 90 days prior to expiration.

Promote long-term retention through strong relationship-building and responsiveness.

Policy & Account Servicing

Process requested changes for commercial policies as applicable.

Provide certificates of insurance upon request.

Ensure all client communications are handled promptly and documented appropriately.

Complete all workflow steps according to agency standards and SOPs.

Data & Documentation Management

Enter and maintain accurate client data in agency systems including Applied Epic.

Upload and archive documentation, emails, and correspondence.

Generate reports, research account information, and resolve system issues.

New Business & Cross-Selling

Manage new business leads from Advisors or MedPro sources, completing the entire process from contact to binding.

Initiate applications and underwriting following internal SOPs.

Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to Account Executives when appropriate.

Service incoming entity policies after the first renewal year.

Operational Support

Assist team members with overflow servicing tasks.

Maintain confidentiality in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data
