Software Testing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Software Testing Manager to oversee our Quality Assurance team.
The Testing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards and fulfill customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce quality assurance policies, leading the QA team to set and achieve defined targets, ensuring all products and services meet established standards and customer expectations
• Conduct comprehensive audits and assess existing processes for potential improvements, aiming to improve product quality and process optimization
• Focus on people management and growth by mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and encouraging continuous professional development to build a high-performing team

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, demonstrating a proven track record in effective team management and successful project execution
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop viable solutions
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with effective communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for managing, motivating, and leading a team while ensuring productive interactions with various stakeholders
