We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our development teams as Senior/Lead Software Engineer, with focus on backend development, technology being Java.

Responsibilities

• Being part of an Agile development team
• Contributing to the success of our customer projects
• Development of new product functionality, technical analysis, effort estimation
• Design and implementation of new business requirements
• Working in close cooperation with customer's representatives
• Leveraging your deep understanding of Java Enterprise Technology (including experience with open source proprietary technology

• 4+ years of experience in Java
• At least 3 projects within experience
• Good understanding of design patterns
• Experience working with public cloud services (preferred AWS)
• Strong knowledge about Java (17+) running in containerized environment
• Strong knowledge about Spring frameworks
• Strong knowledge about Test Pyramid (Unit, Component, Integration, E2E)
• Experience with SQL
• Critical thinking / challenging status Quo
• Experience in coaching team members
• Good command of English both written and spoken

• Experience working with Apache Kafka
• Knowledge about DDD or BDD
