Senior SAP CRM ABAP Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP CRM ABAP Developer to join our team and take a leading role in enhancing and maintaining our SAP CRM product.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the SAP CRM product using ABAP Object Oriented approach and One Order framework
• Develop enhancements for standard and custom WEB UI screens including fields, tables, views, popups, and configurations using AET and BSP components
• Implement UI rendering modifications both statically and dynamically via BSP WD
• Design, configure, and integrate the SAP CRM 7.0 component
• Develop and program BOL/GENIL entities: business objects and queries
• Conduct CRUD operations with product technical resources
• Design SOAP web services programming using PO middleware
• Initiate actions and conditions in the SAP CRM One Order and Post Processing framework
• Design and configure steps in the Order Distribution Infrastructure (ODI) framework
• Configure contract replication to S/4 Hana and manage SAP Convergent Charging and third-party system integrations
• Capture, process, monitor, and fulfill Provider Order and Provider Contracts
• Program BRF events using SAP Function modules or tag formulas
• Optimize system performance
• Create SAP transport requests using the Charm tool
• Collaboratively work within a SAFE Agile team and actively participate in Agile ceremonies

• Minimum 4 years of SAP CRM Technical experience in ABAP and Web UI
• Proficiency in ABAP Object Oriented methodologies including patterns
• Strong familiarity with SAP CRM enhancement techniques specifically AET and BSP components
• Understanding of static/dynamic UI rendering via BSP WD
• Competency in SAP CRM 7.0 design, configuration, and integration
• Technical expertise in BOL/GENIL business objects and queries
• Skills in web services programming (SOAP) using PO as middleware
• Experience with SAP CRM One Order framework and Post Processing framework
• Background in ODI framework design and configuration
• Knowledge of contract replication to S/4 Hana
• Familiarity with SAP Convergent Charging and third-party systems
• Proficiency in programming BRF events using SAP FMs or tag formulas
• Capability to perform performance tuning
• Qualifications in creating SAP transport requests using the Charm tool
• Experience following a SAFE Agile approach and participation in Agile ceremonies
