Senior Project Administrator - Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Administrator to join our forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person Cloud skilling programs and campaigns across Europe, with a focus on developer communities
• Organize and facilitate both virtual and in-person events (e.g., webinars, workshops, meetups) to foster learning and community-building around Cloud
• Develop and create engaging content in English, including communication materials, program documentation, speaker decks, blog posts, and other resources related to Cloud campaigns and developer programs
• Implement processes for effective program and campaign management. Establish an efficient method for tracking KPIs and OKRs through reports and metrics to provide regular insights to the program lead
• Work closely with the program team and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution

• 3+ years of professional experience in project and/or program management, ideally within developer relations or tech marketing field
• Experience in planning and executing virtual campaigns and events, preferably with a focus on technology products or developer audiences
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage in-person events, including logistical planning and execution
• Strong understanding of marketing and communication principles, with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences
• Experience in conducting research, analyzing data, and generating reports to track program performance and measure against defined KPIs and OKRs
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience working with developer communities or open-source projects
• Proficiency in Google Workspace products (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail)
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
