We are seeking a qualified Senior Node.js Developer to join our dynamic and fast-paced agile team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js and JavaScript, with the ability to manage backend development teams and mentor junior colleagues effectively. This role will involve building API integrations, maintaining e-commerce systems, and contributing significantly to our technical growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain highly scalable API integrations
• Develop, test, and deploy Node.js-based services
• Collaborate on e-commerce development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Exhibit problem-solving expertise and assist in troubleshooting issues
• Work collaboratively with other team members
• Communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Lead the backend development team by fostering a culture of quality and innovation
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Node.js development

• 5 to 8 years of working experience in Node.js, JavaScript, and Next.js
• Competency in Typescript and accessibility standards
• Background in leading a backend development team
• Skills in JavaScript, Node.js, and Next.js
• Proficiency in English communication (B2 level)
• Understanding of the MACH architecture
• Strong leadership ability with proven mentoring skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
