Senior Java Developer

For our Client, a multinational technology company, we are looking for a Senior Java Developer.
For this role we consider candidates residing in Kraków, Wrocław or Gdańsk, due to hybrid mode of work with 3 days per week working from the office.
The role includes direct communication with the client on daily basis. You will be building a scalable and high-performance platform that will be leveraged by our external customers to build a new generation of applications and solutions.
This role requires that you are a self-starter with the ability to deliver on time with quality. You'll be a part of a modern, self-governing engineering team. We value transparency and trust. We seek individual mastery and encourage autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Work with a group of world-class engineers, architects, and product managers to build a scalable and high-performance platform
• Use new technologies from the technology stack of a top-tier tech company
• Propose design and architecture for the parts your team delivers
• Work in an environment where you can focus on development activities

• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating software through full system implementation life-cycles (i.e. from analyze, design, implement, build, test, support)
• 3+ years of hands-on Java experience
• Familiarity of Git or other version control systems
• Knowledge of Junit, Mockito, SQL will be a plus
• Excellent English communication skills & experience in client-facing communications (developers communicate with stakeholders directly)
• Self-management and strong prioritization skills
