Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, requirements management, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, product managers, and multiple product owners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
- Work closely with Digital Product Managers and Product Owners across various portfolios (e.g., Discretionary Management, Client Portfolios) to understand the vision and goals of the products
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to gain a clear understanding of project needs and timelines
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of business requirements and project details
- Provide insights and recommendations to ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project goals
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
- Proven experience working in an Agile, fast-paced environment
- Product Management experience
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, with a strong preference for wealth management experience
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to provide a business and end-customer perspective
- Ability to work with and present to upper management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
