Senior Appian Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Appian Developer to join our innovative team in creating a cutting-edge financial platform designed to enhance customer experiences significantly.

Responsibilities

• Transform designs and requirements into a shippable product by writing high-quality code
• Organize and manage your workload effectively to deliver assignments on time
• Break down user stories during sprint planning and estimation as required
• Apply design and coding best practices to develop superior components and solutions
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Engage in code reviews at the peer level to maintain code standards
• Proactively detect issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them efficiently
• Promote and follow best coding practices within the team
• Provide mentorship to other developers and engage in collaborative problem-solving
• Support Data-related technical issues by working with various stakeholders, including Executive, Product, Design, and Enablement teams

• 3-5 years of experience as an Appian Developer
• Proficiency in building process applications within the Appian environment including design, data types, process models, forms, reports, records, and news feeds
• Understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong consultancy skills for interfacing with stakeholders and enforcing best practices
• Capability to adhere to reviews and best practices in the development process
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Certification in Appian development
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Background in financial services industry
