We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management.

In this role, you will manage and implement Identity and Access Management solutions based on SailPoint and design integrations with third-party systems. Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust IAM solutions using SailPoint integrated with major third-party systems
- Manage API development for seamless integration and functionality enhancement between systems
- Serve as a technical leader, providing guidance on IAM best practices and federation protocols
- Oversee all phases of identity solutions lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding
- Develop, analyze, and refine IAM policies to meet security, operational efficiency, and compliance standards
- 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on SailPoint
- Leadership experience in managing IAM solutions and integrations
- Background in identity federation and Single Sign-On technologies such as SAML and OAuth
- Proficiency in microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
- Understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and authentication methods
- Experience with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
- Background in Architecture Governance and Process Design
