Security Architect - Identity and Access Management

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust IAM solutions using SailPoint integrated with major third-party systems
• Manage API development for seamless integration and functionality enhancement between systems
• Serve as a technical leader, providing guidance on IAM best practices and federation protocols
• Oversee all phases of identity solutions lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding
• Develop, analyze, and refine IAM policies to meet security, operational efficiency, and compliance standards

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on SailPoint
• Leadership experience in managing IAM solutions and integrations
• Background in identity federation and Single Sign-On technologies such as SAML and OAuth
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and authentication methods
• Experience with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
