We are looking for a Salesforce Quality Architect to join our team.
In this role, you will design, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for Salesforce platform implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet all functional, performance, scalability, and security standards. Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end quality assurance strategy for Salesforce implementations
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to QA engineers and development teams
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce testing strategies and tools
• Build and maintain a scalable QA roadmap for Salesforce releases
• Define and implement quality processes, standards, and metrics for Salesforce releases
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure accurate testing of business requirements
• Advocate for early defect detection through practices like Shift-Left Testing
• Conduct risk assessments to prioritize testing efforts
• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for Salesforce using test automation tools
• Lead the implementation of automated testing strategies for UI, API, and end-to-end workflows
• Identify opportunities to enhance testing efficiency through automation
• Define, execute, and oversee test plans and test cases across various testing types
• Troubleshoot and triage issues found during testing
• Validate all Salesforce integrations and customizations across platforms
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and advise testing teams on necessary changes
• Evaluate new QA tools and trends in the Salesforce ecosystem

• 15+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce metadata structure and test environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools like Provar, Selenium, and TestNG
• Proficiency in automated and manual testing of Salesforce platforms
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST-Assured
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git
• Background in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership abilities to guide QA teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose system-level issues

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer
• Experience with tools like Copado for Salesforce DevOps
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and data models
• Background in testing integrations involving Salesforce and enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools
