Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff availability and on-time project delivery
• Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of innovation hub projects
• Work with cross-functional teams to define scopes, objectives, and timelines
• Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Serve as a key point of contact to ensure alignment with business goals
• Identify potential risks and obstacles, devise and implement effective contingency plans
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates
• Evaluate project outcomes to gather lessons learned and disseminate best practices
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data and intellectual property protection

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Ability to effectively plan, estimate and manage project finances
• Capability to coach, mentor, and support team members in resolving complex issues
• Competency in stakeholder and team management
• Strong English language skills (C1 proficiency)

• Background in IT, Internet, or E-commerce projects
