The Power Platform Solutions Consultant will be a member of an international team whose main mission will be to maintain, develop, design, and support new and/or existing high quality business functionality. More specifically, he/she will participate in the development and support of the regional Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate solutions (higher focus on Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business intelligence data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and implement data models and reporting solutions
• Create visualizations and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support business needs
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data analytics processes

• Microsoft 365 experience, with a particular focus on Power Platform administration, including Power BI (Data gateways & Premium Capacities)
• Experience in building Power Platform solutions
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to train users (large audience) and take a mentoring/champions role
• Demonstrated experience in end user support for a wide range of Microsoft 365 tools, with high focus on Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
• Working with Kanban boards, such as LeanKit or Jira
• Work and develop solutions with agile methodology
• Bachelor in IT or related is a must (Master an asset)
• Power Platform related Certificates will be considered as an asset
• Strong analytical skills and creativity
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to use discretion
• Strong upward and downward communication skills
• Ability to pay attention on details
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business
