Lead ReactJS Developer

We are seeking a ReactJS Expert - a top-notch professional with a proven track record of excellence in ReactJS development.
We are looking for someone who can drive innovation and ensure consistency across our front-end applications.
This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a ReactJS component library
• Collaborate with the front-end architect and team members
• Implement advanced ReactJS techniques to enhance engineering practices
• Drive adoption of the component library across various applications
• Provide guidance and support to junior front-end developers
• Share knowledge through tech conferences and blog articles
• Contribute to open-source projects within the React ecosystem

• Proven experience in ReactJS development with 5+ years in the role
• Strong background in TypeScript
• Demonstrated leadership experience as a Tech Lead or Front-end Architect
• Experience organizing work for multiple engineering teams
• Knowledge of advanced front-end development practices
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Active participation in tech community through public speaking or writing

• Active public GitHub repository showcasing impactful projects
• Contributions to open-source software within the React ecosystem
• Experience with UI/UX design principles
