We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Power Platform Engineer to join our Local Tech Hub in Romania.
This role is ideal for someone with a robust passion for technology, a keen willingness to expand their capabilities, and an agile mindset to absorb new skills rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions on Microsoft Power Platform leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and deliver innovative solutions
• Handle complex integrations and large-scale deployments within varied IT environments
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to enhance Power Platform processes
• Extend Power Platform features with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions
• Support IT users by resolving complex technical issues related to Power Platform and Azure
• Lead projects through the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Innovate with the latest Power Platform features in Private Preview to address business challenges

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Model-driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Previous leadership experience in a technical role
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for process automation
• Proficiency in Azure development, including Logic Apps and Azure Functions
• Background in supporting IT users to troubleshoot deep technical issues
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure components such as VM and vNet
• Knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center functionalities
• Competency in gathering and analyzing business requirements to devise effective solutions
• Desire to continuously learn and embrace new technologies swiftly
• Proven track record of developing custom applications and automation for business process enhancement
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented approach, and curiosity-driven mindset

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
• Certifications in Azure or Microsoft Power Platform
• Contribution to technology community forums or public speaking engagements in relevant tech fields
